I started Presidio Advisors to help mid-career professionals gain clarity and confidence around their equity compensation and broader financial plans.

I’ve built this firm intentionally — not to grow massively or scale rapidly, but to deliver the kind of high-touch,  personalized guidance I’d want if I were looking for a “strategist.” My goal is depth over breadth: meaningful, long-term relationships where I can truly know each client’s story and tailor my advice accordingly.

To preserve that level of service, I’ve limited the number of client households with whom I’ll work to no more than 40-50. Beyond that, I have no plans to expand, hire, or sell the firm. You’ll always work directly with me, not an associate. I value the relationships with my clients, not a future exit nor accumulation of Assets Under Management (AUM).

As you look through the following pages, I hope that my values are evident.  Transparency, responsiveness, and genuine care are the pillars of my work. I like to think of myself as your “personal CFO” in which it’s my duty to clearly articulate your choices, while also sharing my recommendation and any potential trade-offs or costs.

Of course, not everyone will be the right fit, and that’s totally fine. I’m happy to be a resource and answer questions, be a sounding board, or otherwise help you find your right path towards your financial independence.
